If you find you have some extra free time on your hands, we have the perfect way to keep you busy, help you work off frustrations or anxiety, and meet some new friends. We are a friendly and accepting group, and the majority of Poolesville Seniors activities are offered for free.  

There is something for everyone, from exercise, to games, movies, and dances. There is no membership, and you don't need to "join". No matter what your age, you're sure to find something to try from the list below of the activities that are coming up this week and after.
