Join the Poolesville Seniors Walking Club on Mondays at 7:30 am. We will meet at the flagpole on Whalen Commons (in front of Town Hall). Join us on Mondays and Fridays at Speer Hall at 10:00 am for ‘Seniors at the Barre”, a class of stretches and exercises designed to work on your balance and strength based on ballet barre, Pilates and yoga moves modified for all different abilities and skill levels.
