The PS! Book Club members seemed to enjoy this month’s selection: A Woman of Intelligence by Karin Tanabe. It certainly gave us food for thought and discussion to contrast a woman’s role in the home and the business world in 2020s and 1970s with the protagonists in the early 1950s. Add in the Civil Rights movement, McCarthy hearings, and the Red Scare, and the life of this young, wealthy, and bored New York mother is shaken to the core.

PLEASE NOTE: We have changed next month’s selection to the historical novel “The Kitchen Front” by Jennifer Ryan.
Be sure to register for this session to get the new Zoom link.
