In line with our theme to Stay Active, Poolesville Seniors offers Tai Chi every Wednesday at 11:00am with our instructor, Maureen Ivusic! This is a virtual offering using Zoom technology -- you'll join in the activity from the comfort of your own home.

To help you stay active, Poolesville Seniors is offering Zumba Gold each Wednesday in at 1:00 pm at Speer Hall - 17800 Elgin Rd, Poolesville. Our instructor, Karen McPhatter, will lead you in a well-choreographed program, designed to get you moving and keep you moving.
