Barnesville Exhibit at Old Bank Musuem

Barnesville celebrated its 275th Anniversary on October 2, 2022. If you missed it, you have a chance to see a selection of Barnesville historical artifacts on display at the Poolesville Bank Museum during Heritage Days, June 28 – 29. 

This special exhibit not only showcases the town of Barnesville, but also explores the history of education, agriculture, historic homes, and the Civil War in the Medley District region. 

The exhibit is free and will be open from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m.  

In addition to Old Town Hall Bank Museum, the John Poole House and the Seneca Schoolhouse Museum will all be open from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. on June 28 – 29. Come out and visit and learn more about our local history!
