Looking for a local Covid vaccine option? Poolesville Family Practice is currently offering Moderna shots on short notice. You do not need to be a patient of the practice to take advantage of this opportunity. But you do need to be available on short notice, possibly within an hour. These extra dose calls are generally made between 10am and 1pm.
The vaccine is available while supplies last.
Please do not call the office! Please register for Covid vaccine appointments and short notice vaccines on their website: poolesvillefamilypractice.com. Once there, click COVID VACCINE. Next, click the blue Emergency List Form button. Fill out the form and be ready to get your shot as soon as an extra dose is available.
Once you receive your first vaccine dose of Moderna, you will automatically be entered into their system to return for your second dose in 28 days.
