To celebrate Earth Day and Spring, PS crafters will create a no-sew applique tote bag. The project will be completed in an hour and will involve tracing and cutting a pattern, and using an iron-on permanent adhesive. The tote bag will measure 13.5 by 13.5 inches and will be machine washable. Class size is limited to twelve participants. Participants will provide their own iron, ironing board, scissors and a pin. Front porch delivery of the craft kit is limited to zip codes (20837, 20838, 20839); and pick up arrangements will be made for other local zip codes. Annette Rosanelli and Chris Rickert are a mother/daughter team who have a great passion for handicrafts. They started Needlepointers.com in 1998 as a crafting resource web site. In 2010, they started their own YouTube channel, and they now have over 76,000 subscribers and over 600 video tutorials and crafts. Chris moved to Poolesville in 2014 with her family (husband and two kids). Annette lives in the Philadelphia suburbs but comes to visit Poolesville often. Both Annette and Chris are members of the Poolesville Quilt Guild.
