Join us for a fun Gameday Social Friday April 19th from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at Poolesville Golf Course. Test your skills: on the driving range, putting green, and chipping close to the pin as we head out for a leisurely afternoon with balls provided courtesy of Poolesville Seniors. A perfect introduction for golf novices, but all are welcome.
Crossvines Golf, at 16601 W Willard Rd., include a 2-acre short game practice area and a driving range with both grass and artificial teeing areas.
If you have clubs, bring your driver, putter, and chipper. Don’t have any clubs? Golf buddies might want to bring an extra or two. The Pro Shop has a few available on loan too. If you prefer to take in the scenery and enjoy a burger, dog, soda, or adult beverage, the grill at the Pro Shop will be fired up for this occasion. You can also bring your own snacks and drinks (non-alcoholic only) and graze at several available picnic tables.
Remember to bring your own chair, no seating is not provided at the driving range. We think this outing is going to be a hole-in-one so, sign up fast before our limited slots run out.
