Every Tuesday, Poolesville Seniors offers Tai Chi Flow, a follow-along combination of movements that helps you stay fit, flexible, and calm. Wouldn’t you like to do that anytime and anywhere you need it?
In this short, 10-week program, you will learn the fundamentals of Tai Chi practice and a routine of movements that you can commit to memory. The movements will be based on the interests and goals of the participants, yet everyone will have different backgrounds and abilities in Tai Chi. This class will be geared toward Beginners.
If you are not able to join us for all 10 weeks, feel welcome to register for any session you can make it to. Because later sessions will use learning from earlier sessions, joining us at the beginning will be most helpful in continuing.
