Local expert, Kathy Jankowski will continue the once–a–week Breath-Mind-Body session. Your 45-minute commitment on Friday September 17 from 12 to 12:45pm will help to raise your level of consciousness through breath. Kathy finds that this technique is the easiest and most effective way to help people relax, land in the present moment, strengthen self-awareness, and awaken curiosity.
We need at least 6 committed students for the month of April to sustain the class. Register yourself for each weekly session and invite a friend who needs to destress.
