Thank You Lon!

This past week we enjoyed “MC and Me: The Gift that Kept on Giving” with Montgomery College Alumni, AAA Lobbyist and so much more- Lon Anderson. Lon shared with us stories of his career; Starting in journalism, getting involved in politics, and eventually lobbying for road safety as a figurehead for AAA. Did you know that his lobbying lead to the divider on the GW parkway which served to decrease head on collision deaths? We were so fascinated by his vast experiences and impact.
