National Spring Senior Health and Fitness Day is May 31st. This semi-annual event promotes the importance of physical activity for older Americans. It’s so important for all of us to incorporate regular physical activity in our routine and stay active for long life.  Celebrate Senior Health and Fitness by inviting a friend to join you in one or more of our weekly movement classes. We have two weekly options to help you get started. Starting the first week of June, our Exercise classes are starting six weel sessions of in person classes.

Tuesdays you can improve your balance with Tai Chi @ 10:30 am or raise your heart rate with Zumba Gold on Wednesdays @1 PM. Both classes will be at Speer Hall 17800 Elgin Rd. (109)
