A creative tableau of scarecrows is on view at Whalen Commons for the 2025 Poolesville Community Scarecrow Contest. Poolesville Seniors' volunteers put together a Scarecrow display inspired by the PS Seniors' activities. The "Poolesville Seniors Staying Active" exhibit OR105 shows two scarecrows, one seated doing Chair One Fitness, the other participating in Seniors at the Barre.
Bring the whole family to see our entry and all the others while strolling through the park. Get your picture taken while posing as Mr. Pickle!
All the scarecrows are on view at Whalen Commons during the month of October.
Vote online starting 10/13 through 10/31 on the Poolesville Community Scarecrow Contest Facebook page. Rally your friends and family to vote for the Poolesville Seniors scarecrows OR105 in the Community Organization category.
When voting, do not forget to vote for a favorite in both categories, Business/Community Organization and Individual/Family.
The winners in each category will be announced on October 31st on the Poolesville Community Scarecrow Contest Facebook page.
