Glenn Tallia was a lawyer dealing with what he characterized as “people fighting about money”, when a colleague’s remark about more interesting legal work changed his career and life. Glenn went to work for National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), eventually becoming the Chief Legal Counsel for Weather, Space Services and Research.
