Come celebrate National Spring Senior Health and Fitness Day on May 26 with Poolesville Seniors! This semi-annual event promotes the importance of physical activity for older Americans. It’s so important for all of us to incorporate regular physical activity in our routine. Grab a friend (not literally) and join in on one or more of our weekly movement classes. We have three weekly low impact (all jump free) options to help you get started.
Mondays find your balance with Tai Chi @ 10:45 AM, Wednesdays raise your heart rate with Zumba Gold @1 PM and Fridays improve your Breath-Mind-Body connection @12 noon.
