Calling all book lovers and avid readers. Whether you have been a regular at our PS! Book Club or would like to join us, we invite you to help us choose our reading list for the 2023 PS! Book Club. In the past year, we read a mixture of genres, non-fiction, novels, historical fiction, and fantasy. The book club gives us a chance to read selections we might not ordinarily choose for ourselves and discuss them in an informal, non-academic fashion. There is no commitment to attend every month. We are happy to have you join us for any of our reading selections on the third Monday of each month.
We will begin by selecting the first two book selections, then vote on subsequent selections. We are looking for additional book recommendations for our 2023 reading list. If you have a book that you want to read, particularly loved, or would recommend, please let us know. Please send any book suggestions or any questions you may have to info@poolesvilleseniors.org with the subject line 2023 PS! Book Club.
- Join us for our first book of the year, January’s selection: “Cloud Cuckoo Land” by Anthony Doerr.
- February’s book selection is first book in Louise Penny’s Inspecter Gamache series: “Still Life”.
