You can participate in the 32nd annual Poolesville Day 5K Run/Walk, Saturday, September 21, at 8 a.m. The race sponsors, Poolesville Area Chamber of Commerce (PACC) with the Monocacy Lions Club will donate the proceeds from the 5K (3.1mies) to support our community.

5K Volunteer opportunities:
- Packet pick-up on Friday, September 20, 6-8 p.m.: Help set up tables, distribute participant registration packets and race t-shirts, and break down tables.
- Packet pick-up on Saturday, September 21, 6:45 a.m.-8 a.m. Help set up tables, water and snack station, and distribute participant registration packets and race t-shirts; break down tables.
- Water station support on Saturday, September 21, 7:30-9:00 a.m.: Help set up water station tables and hand out water cups on 5k course (at Halmos Park) to 5K participants.
Register here to participate in the 2024 Poolesville Day 5K Run & Walk Price includes a processing fee. Save by registering multiple participants at one time. Runners and walkers of all levels of ability are welcome and encouraged to participate. The gently rolling racecourse travels through the quiet neighborhoods of historic Poolesville, Maryland.
The race starts and ends at Poolesville Baptist Church, 17550 W. Willard Road, Poolesville. Packet pick-up is Friday, September 20, 7-8 p.m., at Poolesville Baptist Church, and before the race on Saturday, September 21, 7 – 8 a.m. See Race Map
Race management services are provided by Montgomery County Road Runners Club with electronic chip timing. The Poolesville Day 5K is USATF Certified and Sanctioned.
