Bring a Friend to Poolesville Seniors 

Invite some friends or relatives to join you in one of the Poolesville Seniors movement classes this month to celebrate the Fall National Senior Health & Fitness Day on October 27. The goal is to promote the importance of regular physical activity, especially for seniors. Poolesville Seniors is here to provide opportunities for you to move and stay active. 

Start the week on Monday with Tai Chi @ 10:45 am, get moving on Wednesday with Chair Yoga at 11:00 am and Zumba Gold @1:00 pm and learn to relax, breathe and destress with Breath-Mind-Body practice on Friday at 12 noon. Don’t forget to try our other events to keep your mind active!
