Pickleball is played indoors at the Poolesville Baptist Church December 1 - March 30; MWF, 8:30am-12:30pm. It is played outdoors at Stevens Park April 1- November 30, MTWF, 8am-1pm. Outdoor hours start earlier during the hot weather months and during the Town sponsored summer camp for kids. Approximate hours are: November 27 - March 30 MWF, 8:30-12:30. Join us in-person on Mondays from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. for a smashing afternoon of Ping Pong for you to enjoy. All skill levels welcomed. We will be serving up two tables, rackets, and balls. Register online to come rally with us. Ping Pong can get a little spirited so dress accordingly. For safety, we suggest athletic shoes … no sandals or flip flops. Join us for the inaugural walk of the Poolesville Seniors Walking Club. Starting Monday March 11th at 4:00 pm, we will meet at the flagpole on Whalen Commons (in front of Town Hall). We will walk at a leisurely pace around town. Initially, we will meet twice a week on Mondays at 4:00 p.m. and Fridays at 7:30 a.m. at the flagpole. Come out to support the Poolesville Seniors team participating in the Montgomery County Recreation Cardboard Boat Regatta that will be held at Martin Luther King Jr. Indoor Swim Center Pool on March 14, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. This is the second year the county is holding this event and the first time that Poolesville Seniors is sending a team to compete.
