Come join us on November 16th at 10:00 a.m. for a refreshing hike through the fall woods in Little Bennet Regional Park. We will hike a 5-mile loop of wooded, natural trails starting on the Pine Grove Trail.  We'll stop half-way for a short break before proceeding on the Sidewinder and Western Piedmont Trails. Join our Veteran’s Day presentation in-person on November 16th at 7:00 p.m. featuring longtime Poolesville resident Butch Mezick.  Butch will discuss his service in the Marines, and the changes he experienced as related in his book, “Vietnam: A Marine’s Chronicle of Change”. Pickleball is played indoors at the Poolesville Baptist Church December 1 - March 30; MWF, 8:30am-12:30pm. It is played outdoors at Stevens Park April 1- November 30, MTWF, 8am-1pm. Outdoor hours start earlier during the hot weather months and during the Town sponsored summer camp for kids. Approximate hours are: November 27 - March 30  MWF, 8:30-12:30. April 1 through May MTWF, 8am-1pm. June through August MTWF, 7:30am -10am due to the summer camp. [...]
