Indoor Pickleball is back! We will be on the indoor courts at Poolesville Baptist Church Family Life Center. MWF: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thurs - Ladder Play: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. One-time pre-registration and liability release forms are required.  Please download the required Liability Forms below and email your completed form to info@poolesvilleseniors.org. In line with our theme to Stay Active, Poolesville Seniors offers Tai Chi every Tuesday at 10:30am with our instructor, Maureen Ivusic! This is a hybrid event to be held at Speer Hall - 17800 Elgin Rd, Poolesville. This class will be live streamed using Zoom technology so you can join in the activity from the comfort of your own home if you can't join us in-person.

To help you stay active, Poolesville Seniors is offering Zumba Gold each Wednesday in at 1:00 pm at Speer Hall - 17800 Elgin Rd, Poolesville. Our instructor, Karen McPhatter, will lead you in a well-choreographed program, designed to get you moving and keep you moving.
