Discovering the Landscapes of Glenstone

Join Matthew Partain, the Grounds Superintendent of the internationally renowned Glenstone Museum in Potomac on Tuesday, April 25th at 7:00 p.m. for a virtual presentation on Zoom. Take a peek at some of Glenstone’s native landscapes with an in-depth look at the outdoor living sculpture, Jeff Koons Split Rocker, 2000, and learn how the landscapes support Glenstone’s mission of seamlessly integrating art, architecture, and nature.

Presenter Bio: Matt is a graduate of the University of Georgia in Landscape Management. He has presented at 2022 ASLA Conference on Landscape Architecture, 2020 NDAL Symposium, 2020 Mt Cuba Educational Series, and to multiple garden clubs.  He has also taught classes for the Federation of Garden Clubs Landscape Design School.  Matt currently oversees an organic planting and management program over nearly 300 acres of native landscape and restoration areas at the Glenstone Museum in Potomac, MD.
