Join Karen McPhatter for Body Sculpting Fitness class, a strength training workout designed to help individuals achieve their fitness goals by focusing on muscle toning and body shaping. The class includes a variety of exercises that target major muscle groups, such as arms, legs, core, and glutes. The exercises are performed with light weights, resistance bands, or body weight. The benefits of body sculpting classes include building core strength, improving flexibility and balance, and boosting bone health.
You will need to bring your own weights to this class. It is recommended that you bring three sets of weights: light (3 lb), medium (5 lb.) and heavy (8 lb.) or light (5 lb), medium (8 lb.) and heavy (10 lb.): A total of 6 dumbbells.
