National Spring Senior Health and Fitness Day is May 25th. This semi-annual event promotes the importance of physical activity for older Americans. It’s so important for all of us to incorporate regular physical activity in our routine and stay active for long life.
Celebrate Senior Health and Fitness by inviting a friend to join you in one or more of our weekly movement classes. We have three weekly low impact (all jump free) options to help you get started.
Mondays you can improve your balance with Tai Chi @ 1:00 pm, Wednesdays relax, stretch, and meditate with Chair Yoga @11:00am, raise your heart rate with Zumba Gold @1 PM and Fridays improve your Breath-Mind-Body connection @12 noon.
