Seniors at the Barre

Join us on Mondays at 4:00 pm and/or Fridays at 10 am at  Speer Hal for ‘Seniors at the Barre”, a class of stretches and exercises designed to work on your balance and strength based on ballet barre, Pilates and yoga moves modified for all different abilities and skill levels. Bring a yoga mat, light weights, a small pillow or towel and exercise in socks or bare feet. Wear yoga pants and a top that is comfortable for stretching and bending. Registration required; class size is limited. 

Cathy Mattax is our volunteer instructor with years of experience at the barre.
