Truth and Hope Outreach is a local volunteer group that meets twice a month to work on outreach-targeted projects. In 2022, their outreach extended to local families and those in Peru, Mexico, Nicaragua, Honduras, India, Kenya, Cuba, and various Central American countries.
Their contributions include comforters, baby bundles, eye glass cases, school kits, street packs, afghans, tablecloths, shoes, mirrors, personal hygiene items, and more.
Because they believe in building community, the group meets on most first and third Tuesdays in person to work on projects and for camaraderie. All are welcome whether you have sewing skills or not; there are other tasks that need to be completed.
