Invite some friends or relatives to join you in one of the Poolesville Seniors movement classes this month to celebrate the Fall National Senior Health & Fitness Day on October 26. The goal is to promote the importance of regular physical activity, especially for seniors. Poolesville Seniors is here to provide opportunities for you to move and stay active. 

On Wednesdays work on your balance with Tai Chi @ 11:00 am and get moving with Zumba Gold @1:00 pm. Learn to relax, breathe and destress with Breath-Mind-Body practice on Friday at 12 noon. Don’t forget to try our other events such as Bridge and Board Games on Tuesdays at 1:00 pm, Mahjong on Thursday at 10:00 a.m., or join our Book Club to keep your mind active!
