We will walk at a leisurely pace around town on a route chosen by the group..   \nWe will meet twice a week on Mondays at 7:30 a.m. and Fridays at 7:30 a.m. at the flagpole. We will explore the town and our various park trails.  \nPlease register below and complete the emergency contact and liability release forms. This class will be live streamed using Zoom technology so you can join in the activity from the comfort of your own home if you can’t join us in-person. Please register for the class whether you choose to attend in-person or online. \nMaureen is temporarily adding a chair Tai Chi component to the class for those who might need a chair to steady themselves or for seated Tai Chi.
