SUMMARY:September PS! Book Club: The Lying Game
DESCRIPTION:Join the PS! Book Club virtually on September 16th at 7:00 p.m. when we discuss The Lying Game by Ruth Ware. This atmospheric\, twisty tale\, with just the right amount of chill will keep you wrong-footed—which has now become Ruth Ware’s signature style.   \nFour women\, once inseparable friends at Salten\, a second-rate boarding school set near the cliffs of the English Channel\, realize that their shared past may not stay safely buried. The four were notorious for playing the Lying Game\, telling lies at every opportunity that were disturbing enough to ensure that everyone steered clear of them. But their little game had consequences\, and the girls were all expelled in their final year of school under mysterious circumstances surrounding the death of the school’s eccentric art teacher\, Ambrose. \nMystery & Thriller\, 384 pgs. Published 2018  \nRuth Ware is a British bestselling author and novelist. She is famous for her psychological crime thrillers\, most popular of which include Dark Wood (2015)\, The Woman in Cabin 10 (2016)\, The Lying Game (2017)\, and The Death of Mrs. Westaway (2018).  \nBorn Ruth Warburton in 1977\, her writing style is often compared to Agatha Christie. Her heroes are usually ordinary women who find themselves in dangerous situations where crime is involved.  \nPS! Book Club: The Lying Game
